FORMER VETERAN PLATES IGNORES THE LAW

In Douglaston NY(Queens) confines of 111th.Precint in front of 240-33 65th Avenue Douglaston. A Jaguar sedan with NY Former Vet License plates constantly parks in front of Hydrant, sometimes leaving car overnight and for two days. Patrol cars from the 111th. precint have gone by ignoring completely this car and never ticketing it. It is outrageous.
