Illegal in Parkchester

Illegal parking in Parkchester is the norm,bus stops, hydrants and crosswalks are always blocked. There are so many illegally parked cars with Police Plaques that some has to be phony. This is a 24/7 problem that needs a city offical to explain what is going on.

If you look carefully, you'll see 4 cars parked in a bus stop.
That's some "courtesy".
