Private Garage Too Expensive for Slope 'n Surf Audi Owner

Observed by BicyclesOnly on Mon, Jan 07 2008

This USPS employee apparently has no problem affording an Audi, a house in the Hamptons, and ski trips (judging from the ski box on the roof). But when it comes to parking, the owner shuns the for-pay garage across from the post office and parks illegally in a "No Standing Anytme" zone.

Where is the sign that says no standing anytime. Why can't a postal worker own an audi? Is someone getting jealous?

The non-public portion of these posts show the violation clearly. Another psot showing the signage a little further up the block is found here: http://nyc.uncivilservants.org/post/index/3530 . I already waste enough of my time blocking out the plates on USPS employees' cars to cater to the silly arguments about stalking by LE commenters on this site to worry about whether every photo I take includes the signage. The site has what it needs to go after this guy.

As for jealously, that's not it, I assure you. In my previous posts regarding USPS parking abusers, I received a torrent of comments about poor downtrodden underpaid postal workers and how they should be cut a break. Here's an example: http://nyc.uncivilservants.org/post/index/1125

Let's see someone make those kind of comments about this guy.
