See my original post for details. This is the THIRD car observed. The parking permit is expired although even if effective would not allow parking at the location which says NO STANDING ANYTIME.
I just want to point out that the NYPD has not issued new permits yet this year. They were pulled 3 weeks ago, and sent back to the printers. New permits will be issued shortly, but this "expired permit" is not the fault of the permit holder. It is the fault of the city, and NYPD, for not issuing new permits in a timely manner.
