This "active firefighters" sense of entitlement continues to develop unabated. This repeat offender seems to feel this a "special" parking spot for "active fiirefighters" out and about in Soho. Again no active fires and the nearest fire station is a hike.

There is a fire house at 6th Ave and Houston, however since FDNY placards are issued by their union, they usually will get summonsed if caught unless VERY near their firehouse. It is up to the discretion of the individual officer on a case by case basis
