Parking to shop

Another ethically challenged police officer who thinks that No Parking Anytime doesn't include those who can abuse their authority.
This is perpetrated in a high traffic area where 2 roads merge, students walk to school (adjacent to High school facility), across the street from Queen's Center Mall Annex Parking facility and between 2 high traffic malls.

By the picture it looks like it is night time. Sure looks like there is a lot of traffic and I don't see many kids going to school.

no you see there is so much traffic that it blocked out the sun. thats why it looks like night time in the picture.
its an NYPD unrestricted. you know that that means? they were responding to a call and this parking job is not illegal.
