This is not the first time that this driver has parked in front of or less than 15 feet from a hydrant or has parked either right past a No Standing Anytime sign or on the corner of the block both the hydrant and the sign are on Yellowstone Blvd. - between 67th Road and 67th Drive in Forest Hills on the block of the building 67-40 Yellowstone.

Hey Dick Tracey... enough with showing the plaque... the site agreed with me a long time ago that they will not show plate numbers. read the New York Times article, I'm in it...hee hee....

More importantly, the permit he leaves on the dashboard expired on December 31, 2007 and he STILL isn't ticketed or towed! And to Angry Bk Cop - too many times the Fire Department has had to use the pump where this moron parks and their efforts to do their job are hindered because your colleague thinks he's above the law that he is paid to enforce.
