Residence Disturbance 225 E 63 st.

Observed by CALVIN67 on Fri, Feb 29 2008

This vehicle is is parked on a continuous basis in a No Parking/No Standing 7AM-7PM zone, typically in front of the entrance to 225 E 63 st, where it creates disturbances for deliveries, moving trucks, normal resident traffic, emergencies, etc.. This often creates excessive traffic and double parking in the middle of this busy street. As it does not move for days at a time and this happens repeatedly, the owner cannot possibly be on "Official Business" for the press in this residential area permanently therefore appears to be in violation of the spirit and privilege provided by this type of permit.

What do you expect as this is the realm of the crack 19th precinct whose own members abuse parking placards.

Hey guess what? He isn't a civil servant. He is a member of the PRESS! Irony? Hmmmm.

The vehicle is still here on 3/8/08. It has not moved in over two weeks! This is beyond ridiculous.

If the car had not moved for 2 weeks as you claim, call 311 and ask for sanitation to come remove it for being "apparently abandoned".
