On sidewalk and blocking ramp

It says right on this guy's permit that it is valid for No Standing zones, No Parking Anytime, and meters. I can't seem to find anything indicating that it is ok to park on the sidewalk, blocking the ramp to the curb. Someone in a wheelchair would have found this most unfortunate. It is also interesting that this is right next to BAM around evening showtime- I bet he was seeing a show.

when are you people go after the illegal handicap parking. Are you all that narrow minded. I see people abusing this "PERK" more than illegal parking, but i guess you can only see one thing at a time. cant walk and chew gum at the same time, get over the parking issue already. This guy is totaly off base and should have his car towed, but the constant griping is just a little old hat. GEt on some real issues about the city. Guess you dont mind it when my pay check is raped every week or my home payment is now 25% taxes, that's not a issue worth fighting, or better yet, the toll increase by the PA that is not in any finacial problem. do me a favor dont use the city services until u can correst some real inequities.
