This vehicle is allowed to park at a bus stop. The two cars behind get the 115.00 ticket but because this person has a court officer permit they don't get the ticket.

I don't see a violation here. Please remove this post! The bus stop is not visible. The summons the other two cars "got" are not visible. Infact, the last car in behind another pole, so if indeed the front is a bus stop, it would be ok, and would not receive a summons anyway. Something is not right with this photo. Please remove it!

Actually the middle car is a city owned vehicle check out the official plates on it... BUT!!!! I dont see the violation either, maybe you can take a better picture.
