Oddlt enough Marty Markowitz has been very vocal about the judges parking lot that is adjcent to this photo and demands it be returned to its use as a public thoroughfare. I have a sneaking suspicion it will be used by Marty and co.

Yeah, Marty doesn't seem to have much respect for parks or the people who enjoy them. Witness his desire to have cars drive through Prospect Park.
