Repeat Violator

Repeat violator. This guy saves parking spots for his little Nissan with this Official Vehicle. Not only that, but it's been spotted taking up two parking spots in between two driveways at 92nd street and Ridge Blvd...He's been doing it for years!

Taking up two "spots" is not illegal, it's just inconsiderate...

DUPLICATE POST! This pic is exactly the same as the one two posts higher. Please remove one of them. Also, one says "fraudulent permit", the other says "expired permit", which is it? Please guys, if you're gonna run a site like this, try a little harder to get the facts straight.

Dont confuse legality with morality, the last time i looked, there is no law "Right to Park", mush less drive in this nation.

I wish taking up two spots was illegal. There are alot of dummies who have no consideration for others when they park there car in a way that kills 2 or sometimes 3 spots.
