Let's blame the officers that just dropped off 50+ criminals to court. Maybe they need a five minute break to that God that they made it from Rikers Island alive and well before they pick up another 50+ new criminals to take back. Maybe if there wasn't a need for a BUS every couple of hours, they could find a spot to legally park. Maybe we could spend millions of tax payers money to get double decker buses and make half as many trips. That way WE can inconvience YOU less. WE apologize for criminals inconveniencing YOU. Think about who YOU call for inconveniences......US!

Not a word about the 2 correction officers who double parked & went to the deli to get food, I was there and saw this dope taking the pictures.
