It is an undercover vehicle! You don't know why it's parked like that. Maybe an anit-crime unit just jumped out to get another illegal gun off the streets and keep you safe? Relax... This poor parking job is not the end of the world.
You are 100% correct. Next time you call 9-1-1 or I see a crime in progress occurring while I am on patrol, I will make sure to drive around until I find a legal parking spot. Blocking half of the sidewalk sure is more important then that illegal gun I am taking off the street.
I apologize for not having my priorities straight.
Some of you people are truly unbelievable and don't have the slightest clue.
"Law and Order", you are right. Police officers and other law enforcement agencies should devote 100 percent of our time to parking violations. Then when crime rises to the level of what it was when YOU DID NOT TO LIVE WHERE YOU ("you" being the rest of you cry babies) ARE NOW, you can concentrate on crime and cry further about how the inequities of resorces are spent. You should be mayor. By the way the gun being taken off the street, or the dealer being arrested for doleing out drugs, bet you he parks legally, "BULLY FOR HIM".

Doesn't matter what it is, 'coz it's not a placard, so the car is not legally parked. oh yeah, placards don't allow for parking on sidewalk anyway.
Now , was that so hard?
Let's not even get into the fact that so-called "self-enforcement zones" are a legal fiction.
