There is a handicapped access sign posted on the sidewalk next to this car, which is partially blocking a parking garage driveway.

There is a handicapped access sign posted on the sidewalk next to this car, which is partially blocking a parking garage driveway.

The true location is JP Ward street and Washington street, the part of this "driveway" in the garage is blocked by PERMANENT posts to PREVENT traffic flow through this entryway. SMEEGLEREEGLE seems to to have a vendetta against the police to post false information to smear police officers.

Not sure what's going on in this picture or in this description. In any event, there will be no follow up because the pictures don't show a violation.
