So now it's"pick on the RMP's"? What't next, revoke the use of marked patrol vehicles? Lets get a grip guys... it's a three wheeler, four firemen can move that if necessary, not to mention it's not blocking the hydrant, just within 15 feet. The 6 inch line connection is clear....
