This driver parked her car with NYC Council plates in a much abused No Parking Anytime Zone. Her car had an expired NYC Official Business placard in the window. She then went into the Boys Club of New York on East 10th st.
[this is for the first, black car in the photo]

So a NYC Council Member might not have official business inside the Boys Club? Community Affairs perhaps? This proves nothing...

Just stating the facts. The expired placard is enough to make it illegal.

The city was way behind this year in issuing update permits. Could this be one of the cars still waiting on a new permit? Or one of the ones that was illegally not given one? Or could it just have accidentally slipped threw the cracks? It's a NYC Council Member, I'm sure they are using it properly for city business...

What some of these idiots don't understand is that vehicles with official plates and these types of license plates were stripped of their plaques but the TEA's have been told NOT to ticket them AS USUAL. Wonder how Bloomturd got rid of so many plaques so easily? Get rid of the permits on all of these DOT/DEP/DSNY marked vehicles and let them sit there with their K/L/M - XXXXX official license plates and NOT get ticketed! Surprise! Good job guys. You got rid of a meaningless piece of paper on the dash of these cars. It was meaningless before the placard fiasco, and it is meaningless now. Missing, not displayed, not shown, not valid, expired, WHATEVER. Take a picture of a car with official plates with a ticket on the windshield and you win the mystery prize!

Just wanted to note that these excuses being offered for this driver's behavior are, of course, completely wrong. Over a year later this driver continues her criminal behavior, and is most certainly not a Council Member. See here:
