Car drivers like this one with Boys Club "permits" frequently park in No Parking Anytime zones, in bike lanes and in front of hydrants here. This one has a photocopied and expired Detectives' Endowment Association card on their "permit" as well.
I have nothing against the Boys Club. It's just that they have no right to park there.

WHY HASN'T ANYONE COMMENTED ON THIS? IS THIS A JOKE? There is a Boys' Club on 10th between B and C, just a block and a half from the car. How doesn't he have a right to park there? He is issued a plaque and he is using it. Seriously. I love how you guys just spew your "logic" and sound reasoning.

Yes, this car was parked right across the street from the Boys Club, on East 10th St and Avenue A.
But because there is no such thing as a legal Boys Club parking placard, and since the signage makes no mention of the Boys Club, this car is parked illegally.

If it is a DOT plaque then there is no problem. If it is something someone made on the computer it is NOT illegal. Clearly a TEA walking by sees the vehicle in front of this charitable organization and doesn't issue a summons.
