Reserved Parking for the Politically Connected and Morally Corrupt

A restriced parking area abused by NYP, M,D.'s, DDS, ex-police commissioners and other politically connected and morally corrupt indivduals with the blessing of the lack of enforcement.
The signage is No PARKING 7Am - 7PM except Sunday; It was Saturday.
