A civilian would not even get "banged" for this is cops just used their discresion more. To me I'd try to decide if the guy was trying to use the bus spot to make a spot, or if he's using a legit spot, and just happens to be sticking out a little. To me it looks like the latter, and I'd let the car slide, regardless of who's it was. (However, if there is a meter infront of the bus stop, and this car is a 2nd car sqeezed in at the meter, then I might change my mind, but still, it depends on having all the facts, and looking at it from all angles.)
the photo was taken at a bad angle. next time give us a better angle so we can see just how far past the pole the rear of the car is. Cops and other summons issuers let citizens slide on that all the time.

This guy is bairly in the bus stop. He is NOT blocking the bus in any way. This is a non-issue.

I agree. I realize that a civilian would get banged for this, but in this case is it really necessary to photograph the vehicle?

The same rules should apply to everyone.
