It looks to me like this car is attempting to use a legitimate parking spot, the car behind it is parked incorrectly, hogging 2 spaces... This cas is NOT blocking the curbcut (and is only in the crosswalk by a foot), wheelchairs can still fit by... Not a problem... Blame the car behind him!
And I blame the original car that parked incorrectly... The REAR car... It's his fault... If everyone parked between 2 meters, there would be 50% less parking, he's the idiot causing the probelm, this guy is just fixing it without causing any real issue. I say applaud him. (Oh, and maybe he's not "using" his permit, maybe he just left it on the dash. Not illegal.)
it's not MY fault, it's HIS fault! he MADE me do it!
excuses, excuses. whatever happened to personal responsibility? should the guy behind have parked better? yeah. but that doesn't excuse this guy for parking in the crosswalk.
and him not "using" his permit.. only just leaving it on the dash? come ON, you gotta be kidding me.
i wont criticize you personally, but, oh, the irony....
Hoodwatch, I didn't say that anyone MADE anyone else do anything. However, I said the rear car IS causing the problem. However, I'm not even sure there is a summons for it (if someknows what it is, please let me know), he's hogging two spaces and taking away from everyone.
The front car is just squeezing in to a LEGITIMATE spot. And, here's a thought, if permits are NOT VALID anywhere but in the SEZ, then he can't really "use it" now can he? He just left it on his dash, which is NOT ILLEGAL. This car is at a meter, and not causing any safety hazard. The only reason it's here is because it's a cops car. This parking is a non-issue.
There is nothing LEGITIMATE about parking over crosshatch. Those who use false arguments to promote fallacious babble to change the subject or frame the debate deserve the same attention as the veracity of their argument.

I blame the driver who parked illegally, and who is improperly using a placard.

Who cares why he did it? The law says you don't park in a crosswalk. It doesn't say, "... unless I can blame someone else for it."
