NYPD parked all day to shop at mall - endangering all other motorists and pedestrians in area

This NYPD off duty perp illegally parked all day today to shop at mall. This is adjacent to school and mall and at the merge point of 2 high traffic streets - and the school facility was filled with kids who frequently cross the street where the blind spot created by parked autos increase the risk of injury.

If he was in the mall all day as you say, he may very well have been working there and did some quick shopping on the way out, or perhaps on his lunch break.

So you stayed there all day and kept an eye out for her vehicle. So nice of you. She must really appreciate your act of civility. So you took another picture of someone w/o their permission. How many photos do you have? Are they up on your wall now? I'm not familiar with the law, but wouldn't that kind of behavior be construed as stalking???

By the way a PARKED vehicle really doesn't pose much of a threat to pedestrians, and since there are no apparent crosswalks in the picture, anyone crossing in front of this vehicle would be jaywalking.
