Blocking the hydrant

The blue building is a private parking garage on 158th street. A guy came out of the garage and asked me why I was taking photos. I said it was illegal to park here.
(This was not during a Yankee game, not that it matters since it is a fire hydrant.)
[moderator's note: fixed Permit/Agency - this is a DoE Teacher's permit, not an NYPD one]
UPDATE: This is not a school zone either.

The photo isn't showing up. Also the map is just a little off. This happened on 158th street and River Ave., near Yankee Stadium. The garage owner said "That's a cop!" hence, I thought that this car belong to a cop. Also, there was a brotherhood of police sticker in the windshield.

The garage owner/operator is making money off illegal parking next to a hydrant. Call 311 and the BBB to report the garage.
