Seems more like Central parking Lot.
Hollywood Mike Bloomberg is totally disingenuous when it comes to parking abuse.

umm who ever own this car are u selling it? If you are let me know and ill buy it and i have a current placard, so umm i think ill park it in central park, yes cause i can.
