Parking under No Parking Anytime sign to shop. Adjacent to High School facility and 2 malls.

If you go back to the other posts made by hiyall, this is the exact same spot that he says there is a blind spot. In this photo you can plainly see the white line goes way past the intersection, so there is NO BLIND SPOT. There is no safety hazard at this location. If there is a safety hazard here it is created by people JAYWALKING. Stick with the real issue. The car is parked in a NO PARKING ZONE and that is all it is doing.
