In breach of oath, this shopper uses their authority to break the law, cause a safety hazard next to school, malls and merging traffic.
A role model for every lawless gang in the city!

This guy spends alot of time asking stupid questions.
I thought we established that this was 2 streets merging and the parked cars cut off the view of the merging traffic. There's a reason they paint safety stripes and it's not to make it safe for cops to park for free.

I don't waste time asking stupid questions. If you know the area you'll know that there is no safety issue with the cars parking there. The white line where the street merges are about 15 feet past the intersection. If cars collide is because they aren't paying attention. If A person gets hit is because they are JAYWALKING nothing else. The only issue here is they are parked at a NO PARKING ZONE. That's all they are doing. NO SAFETY ISSUE IS HERE. They should put up parking meters at this location.
