Feds park in no parking zone to shop and dine
Observed by hiyall on Sun, Aug 24 2008
Parking in "No Parking Anytime" zone located between 2 merging streets, along side a school facility, and in proximity of 2 malls.
This location has seen one pedestrian's injury and collision between 2 autos as recently as last week.

I'm sure the cars that park there caused the accident. The cause of the accident was caused because the drivers of the cars were not paying attention. The pedestrian that got injured was jaywalking. There is no safety hazard here. Stick with the real issue the cars are parked in a NO PARKING ZONE.
