Missing Court Officer's Car Parked in Bike Lane

The car was parked at the corner of Boerum Place and Livingston Street, on the SE corner. The car was full of crap and only had room for the driver, who was no where insight. Note the Court Office permit in the window.

That can't be a bike lane, it's not painted green! I can't be held accountable for recognizing it as such if the lazy city employee who is supposed to paint it green didn't do it!
