over 3,500 police officer assigned to the polic academy and the 13th precinct. On 20 and 21 street between 2nd and third. Two blocks from where this 'violation' occured. Not enough ample parking in area for the thousands of cops assigned.

Gimmeabreak: They don't care about the parking. They want you to take the bus to work.
