I don't understand. I was able to get a patrolman to ticket the car of an officer that significantly outranked him. Why do you waste your time posting pictures. The issue is not the driver of the vehicles but the lack of enforcement of the law.
It seems such a waste to take picture after picture. The real issue is the lack of enforcement. Call 311, wait for the response. Document the lack of enforcement. Then ask to speak to the precincts integrity officer, then the CCRB, then IAD. Again the issue is not the vehicle, the issue is the lack of enforcement. If the officer responding is more afraid of what will happen to him if he does not enforce the law you win.
The cop that uses the can is NOT paying the ticket... Trust me... And as for calling CCRB and IAD (no such unit exists, btw), thats crazy... What does CCRB have to do with parking? You are abusing the broken complaint system just as much as the cop above is abusing the broken parking system...

its a city car and a police car nonetheless so why should it be ticketed its not like anyone has to pay
