Apparently, the gym at the Atlas Park shopping center in Glendale, Queens is a favorite amongst the NYPD. You have to pay $3 to park in the mall's parking garage. So they park on the street, in a "no standing anytime" zone instead. They never get ticketed because of professional courtesy. But they block the bus from pulling into a special cutout and this causes safety and traffic problems.
