This car and others were not only parked on the sidewalk in a "No standing" zone, but judging by the snow on the windshield it had been parked there overnight! There was less than an inch of snow overnight, but enough of a dusting that one would have had to wipe it off the windshield in order to drive, thus proving that the car had not even moved within the last 12 hours at least!
