Traffic control div. cop parks illegally to satisfy their senses at the mall.
Way to lead by example - way to go 110th for enabling this criminal activity.

I know that to a person with integrity, obeying ordinances and laws is equally important and would not deliberately do either.

Just curious - is "Extortion under Color Of Official Right" a crime or a violation?

A violation becomes a crime when it is committed by those entrusted with the enforcement of said violation
