Hiyall, how did you manadge to get a hold of the DOT? I have some missing signage near my house, and the few times I've called 311 to report it, it does nothing...
Yeah, read it. You sent an e-mail that took 3 months to respond to, and then answered with some paper, promising to do a couple hours of work 3 months later.
Moving at the speed of a glacier. Wonder why we didn't read that in the Mayor's Report Card.....

They will get their photo taken, posted and distributed though. Eventually the weight of the conspiracy to commit crimes will exact a heavy toll.

It is more progress than seen from NYPD who is deliberately engaging in non enforcement of laws and ordinances.
