Gluttony, Narcissism, Dishonesty, Greed, Selfish Cop illegally parks to shop

Lack of integrity trumps consideration for the public they swear to protect and serve. Endangering kids at school, shoppers at mall and residents of neighborhood - just to avoid a small parking fee or walk from legal parking
