Narcissistic, callous cop puts self before public for what - to avoid a few bucks to park legally

Endangers the very public they swore to protect and serve. This one only cares about serving themself. No integrity - No character - No honor. Anyone who will do this will lie/cheat at the drop of a hat.
Next to a school, 2 malls and in middle of merging traffic.

The merge is about 75 feet further down the road. Stick with the real issue. The car is parked illegally.
