Must've been parked here since the permit expired in December!

1.Parked in bike lane.
2. Has not moved car since last night. (Snow still on windshield)
3. Permit is expired.
4. Barely enough room for a bus to pass.
5. Who does he think he is?

Of course, this a spot notorious for law breakers. The City apparently condones city officials so brazenly blocking bike lanes everyday, all day, on a heavily trafficked bike route, right in front of City Hall!

how can you tell if there is a permit or not if you cant even see anything in the window jackass
