88th Precinct cop publicly tosses integrity to avoid a few dollars for parking. Why? To shop of course. Next to school, 2 malls and in midst of merging traffic.

You should make a list of all the permits that have been caught at this location.
Then ask each agency head if the permit is legal under such signage, location and activity.
