Also screwed by this parker, is a dollar van that provides a service to this city that totally benefits the needs of all taxpaying citizen of the community. Without dollar vans we could not get to work on time or get....wait I'm sorry, last time I checked we had a transit system that charges a fare that is registered, in order to keep track of fares paid. The fact that we acknowledge dollar vans as legitimate means of transportation is a crime worse than anything on this site. Lets face the real problems in our community.
