26th precinct extends its Self Enforcement Zone extends to Queens Mall

Driver parks illegally next to school, 2 malls, traffic triangle separating 2 merging streets where woman was hit by auto whose driver stated parked cars obscured vision.
Then driver puts 26th Precinct self enforcement zone placard on dash with different license plate listed on placard than on auto and goes shopping.
