Parks in No Standing Zone to spend day at mall shopping with wife

Endangers all who have to navigate past this off duty cop - too cheap to pay for legal parking across the street
Next to school, between merging streets and near 2 malls.

First wife exits - gathers shopping accessories, then driver gets out, then reenters -- oops forgot to put plaque on dash --- then looks up sees No Standing Sign and walks back to see what Plaque on dash of car behind - Whew - Traffic Control - this must be an annexation of the PBA -- walks back closes drivers door then walks with wife to Macy's.
