UN gets pass by 110th to endanger a neighborhood

Illegal parking in No Standing Zone, next to school, 2 malls and between 2 merging streets.
Blind spots by illegals contributed to woman's injuries when she was struck down by auto 12/24/06.
Way to go! NY's finest.
