Illegal Parking

This vehicle is parked everyday on a pump on Fish ave in the Bronx.Right on the corner of Fish and Hicks ave.Calles 311 numerous times and all responses were vehicle was not on location everytime .PD was deployed after 8 hours each time so maybe the person moves by then?

I hope that no one gets hurt at this location. This scenario is a familiar one to me. Looking at the map, it is ludicrous that a cruiser or traffic agent did not pass this way for 8 hours. There are other avenues to report police misconduct than 311.

you can see how long its been sitting from the snow under it.it snowed and the truck is still parked I gave up on 311.
