The placard being dispayed in this vehicle is perfectly legit in the eyes of all city law enforcement agents. Just because the mayor says that they are no good does not mean that we will feel the same. The mayor is not out there supervising every summons issued and therefore it is left to every specific agent to make an individual determination as to who shall receive a summons or not. In this case like in so many other cases involving firemen, a free pass is always granted.
