Ambulette space in front of Dialisis Center obstructed by Court Clerk. Most of these patients are elderly and many use walkers. For them there is a difference between being able to step directly onto the sidewalk or being put out in the middle of the street becasue the ambulette space is obstructed.

Reminds me of the able-bodied gentleman I saw get out of his SUV on Prince Street last week, utilizing his DOT handicapped permit. Lest you think he was going to fetch grandma from the dialysis center, I watched run a quick errand, return to his SUV, and drive off. Pity I didn't have the video camera with me. If I get one in the future, I'll post the video of the able-bodied on YouTube and add a link here.

fresh that would be a good one to catch, the nyc HC permits require a nyc dot doctors examination, there has to be ample evidence of a mobility HC plus a need for a vehicle use in NYC. in the rest of the country anyone can get a HC permit, however they are not recognized in nyc.
even the plate number or permit number should be enough to contact the office that handles the hc permit and inform them that a able bodied person was using the permit

CrosbyMerchant,
This is one of the safety concerns that I support.
No parking for medical clinic, NOONE should be parked here. This is one of the issues that this website advocates that I whoreheartedly support.

Considering his permit is from a private organization with no authority, he's really slapping the city with his LE bad attitude
