Looks like a firefighter is busy protecting my life, not blocking a pump or blocking traffic i see nothing wrong here.

UFA placards are 100% legit to any self respecting traffic agent. Sorry but this car would get a much deserved extension of the almighty professional courtesy.

Fuss- then that traffic agent should either be trained to do their job properly or disciplined. My feeling is that many of them don't understand the law when it comes to placards (legit, or bogus like this one is), or are fearful of retribution if they actually do enforce the law.
