Parked to close to Hydrant

Once again the cops that stopped to ticket see the permit on the dash (half covered with a stuffed monkey toy, to hide the permit prec.#) and no ticket. Though the car behind it was also parked to close,

Did the other car get a ticket? There is also plenty of room for the fire hose. Also they will not ticket their own.

Dragon is correct on that guess, besides none of the hose ports are being blocked.
Nothing illegal here.
Give the city worker a free pass.

dragonman -- actually, they do ticket their own. And tow, and fire, and arrest. Not nearly enough yet, but it does increasingly happen.

So Dragon and Fuss can I use that defense if I should choose to not obey the law and park closer than 15 ft to a hydrant. By your logic, then I guess if the "ports" are not blocked then we should all be able to park by hydrants. I think dragon and Fuss have solved the parking wows of the city by creating 1000's of new parking spots. Thanks

Oh by the way the other car that did not have the permit, did get a ticket. there is that double standard out for the public to see and take great comfort in.

Peter if you do not have the proper placard then I would summons you. If you are not a play mate within the exclusive inner circle then you would be presented with a beautiful orange envelope with a fine of 115 dollars attached to it.
