Why harass the poor fireman when in fact the only crime being committed in this photo is the illegal bicycle chain that is defacing the public lamp post. The car with the UFA placard would get a free pass. Usually when im off duty and parking my truck I like to back up onto bicycles chained up to lamp posts thus insuring that the bike owner returns to a bicycle with a bent frame or bent tire.

3 inches on the sidewalk. Oh the humanity! Surely you are kidding when you say this is considered parked on the sidewalk?
