Which car lawandorder? I guess all the cars parked here work for the courts.

No, just the one in the foreground. It's clear in the other photos you cannot see.

For god sakes he is a Court officer and being such he is automatically extended professional courtesy. Will the envy ever stop? His placard is good enough for me to grant him a free pass. Obviously it was good enough for the sanitation police as well because he was not issued a summons. Sorry but professional courtesy is a wonderful tool that every law enforcement agent is encouraged to use. There is nothing wrong here and a free pass would definately be extended in my book for the city/state worker.

I'm not really concerned what is "good enough for you". Your standards are apparently lower than the law's.

Well i hate to beat a dead horse but what I say goes and if I choose to summons the yuppie driving the smart car instead of the city worker driving the Yukon then so be it. It is the nature of he beast and i frankly do no care if it annoys anyone because professional courtesy is upto the individual traffic agent. You might call my standards low but the ability to issue summonses is all mine and not yours. Take the test and change it is you can.
