72nd Precinct Repeat Offender

This is the 4th time I have observed this vehicle parked here. Parking enforcement drove right past it and another Fed Law Enforcement placarded (# 43900) vehicle to ticket someone down the block last night.

I would say forget about it being ticketed from my previous experience. Let Bloomberg and the city government deals with its problem.

Half the car is over the NSA sign but, really, is it that big of a deal? Yes, we know, a civilian's vehicle would be ticketed, but so what? Unless there is something I am not seeing this gentleman is not causing any safety concern.
